Forget the pastel hues of the spring 2010 shows. Yesterday in Paris, models at Alexis Mabille’s couture show went one step further with brightly colored, color block hair. Parted straight down the middle, each model had a two-tone effect; her hair color was split with a bright shade of pink, blue, red or yellow.
The downturn in the economy saw designers playing it safe for a few seasons; perhaps these brightly colored shades are a sign that the economy is recovering. Do you plan to play it safe this fall or would you love to give color block hair a try?
