Adele graces the cover of Vogue magazine’s March 2012 issue. Inside, she discusses her voice troubles, the future, and being in the public eye.
On her voice troubles: “I’ve been singing properly every day since I was about fifteen or sixteen,” she says, “and I have never had any problems with my voice, ever. I’ve had a sore throat here and there, had a cold and sung through it, but that day it just went while I was onstage in Paris during a radio show. It was literally like someone had pulled a curtain over it.”
On the future: “I’m in it for the long run,” she says. “I don’t want to be disposable. You’re only as good as your next record.”
Of being in the public eye: “I hate the red carpet. I don’t feel insecure, I just feel like, Oh, I don’t want to do this. I literally get a stomach cramp. At the VMA’s last year I felt really out of my comfort zone because there were so many superstars there. But that’s been the case from day one. I never feel like, Oh, yeah, I should be here.”

One of the things we look forward to the most when fashion week arrives—apart from the shows, of course—is the release of the Pantone color report. Not only is it a visual dream, but it gives us the scoop on the ten colors we should watch out for during the fall 2012 season—and the information comes directly from the runways. So, without further ado, here are the top ten colors you will be seeing everywhere this fall: French Roast, a rich brown hue; Honey Gold, a burnished yellow hue; Pink Flambé, a vibrant pink hue; Tangerine Tango, a retro orange hue; Ultramarine Green, a cool blue-green hue; Bright Chartreuse, a cool yellow-green hue; Olympian Blue, a patriotic blue hue; Titanium, a cool gray hue; Rhapsody, a grayed-down purple hue; and Rose Smoke, a veiled rose hue. Head to Pantone.com to see the full fall 2012 color report.
Kate Moss graces the cover of W magazine’s March 2012 issue. On the cover at right, Kate is featured as “Good Kate”; on another cover, she is “Bad Kate.” Inside, Will Self discusses the two sides of Moss.
On her two sides: “Dark Moss and Light Moss. Bad Kate and Good Little Katie—simple dichotomizing is not what this dyad deserves. I look at the pictures of Moss dressed in black and think perhaps they’re of a great beauty meditating upon her own inner ugliness. I try to divine the precise symbolism of the tattoo on her wrist: Is it piratical anchor or Coptic cross or some strange merging of the two? I think of Baudelairean decadence, and I’m hammered back into Dorian’s gilt frame.”

Jennifer Aniston graces the cover of InStyle magazine’s March 2012 issue wearing a peach Calvin Klein dress. Inside, she discusses what makes her feel young and what she would do if she wasn’t an actress.
On what makes her feel young: “You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are 20-something, or the new crop of actresses, and think, Aren’t we kind of the same age? You lose perspective. Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It’s like, ‘I’m not old enough to have a 17-year-old!’ And then you realize, well, yeah, you are. Young? I don’t feel my age. I feel young every day.”
On what she would do if she wasn’t an actress: “I’d love to be a dermatologist. I’d be so obsessive about it. I’m fascinated by skin, products, and lasers. I go on the Internet and read all about it. I call it ‘laser porn.’”

Eva Mendes graces the cover of Marie Claire’s March 2012 issue wearing a bejeweled Dolce & Gabbana ensemble. Inside, she discusses her body image and her actress idols.
On body image: “It doesn’t matter what you have or what you look like. It’s something everyone has to work at. I realize I have contributed to a certain happy, healthy, empowered image, but that’s not all of me. I feel it’s important to let women know that I have similar struggles. What I tell girls is what they don’t like about themselves now, they will probably end up loving as an adult, because that’s what happened to me. When I am complimented on things that I didn’t like when I was 13, like my overbite and my mole, that’s when you realize that your imperfections are why people love you.”
On her actress idols, Julianne Moore and Annette Bening: “I have a girl crush on them. I’d kill to have half the careers they’ve had after 40.”

Blake Lively graces the cover of Elle magazine’s March 2012 issue wearing a white Victoria Beckham dress. Inside, Blake discusses her decision to go without a stylist, having kids, and the men in her life.
On not having a stylist: “When I’m going to an event, I’ll send Christian (Louboutin) a picture of my outfit and say, ‘What shoes do you think I should wear with this?’”
On kids: “I hope to have a few girls one day. If not girls, they better be trannies. Because I have some amazing shoes and bags and stories that need to be appreciated.”
On the men in her life: “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it’s because there’s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while.”

Amanda Seyfried graces the cover of Glamour’s March 2012 issue, the first issue featuring the magazine’s new redesign, wearing a Pierre Balmain top and Hudson jeans. Inside, she discusses having kids and whether she feels competitive with other actresses.
On having kids: “Oh yeah, I think about kids all the time. I feel like the next person I commit to, that’s going to be the guy who I’m going to have kids with. That’s in my crazy female brain. So that’s why I’m like, ‘I can’t commit.’ ”
On if she feels competitive with other actresses: “Yeah, sometimes. But the funny thing is, the girls that I’m always up against for roles are pretty nice and cool, like Emma Watson. She’s awesome. She’s really funny and smart. And Carey Mulligan. It’s flattering to be up against her because she’s really good, and she’s cool too…I think the era of the diva actress is coming to an end.”

Gwyneth Paltrow graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar’s March 2012 issue, the first issue to show off the magazine’s redesign. Inside, Gwyneth discusses her website, her marriage, and the death of her father.
On why her website, Goop, is successful: “Everything I’ve done has been completely organic, and that’s why the brand is a strong brand, because there is no ulterior motive behind it,” she says.
On marriage: “I think you do fall in and out of love and you just keep going, and every time you go through a really difficult phase, you rediscover something new and it just gets better. We’ve been married for more than eight years now, and we’re still into it.”
On losing her father, Bruce Paltrow: “I would do anything to have him back, but half the reason that my life is good, has real, true value, is that he died. I would obviously rather have him alive, but he gave me so much in his death.”
