There have been so many celebs rocking the metallic vibe recently, that we felt the need to share a few of our favourite shimmery looks of late, to help give you inspiration on how you can style this standout party trend.
Lily Collins chose to clash prints and metallics at a recent photo-call in Paris. Her casual but busy printed monochrome sweater was glammed up perfectly with a super-glitzy red and silver striped midi skirt. A red fringed bag and subtle striped pointed pumps co-ordinated well and smoky eyes further emphasised the glamour.
Kate Hudson stunned in all-over metallics at the Giorgio Armani Prive fashion show in Paris. Super-glitzy matching co-ords, comprising a blazer-like jacket complete with large flower embellishment and super-flared pants, certainly made her standout. Metallic lip and eye colour co-ordinated perfectly and an effortless top knot and simple clutch added welcome subtle touches.
Halle Berry looked super hot at The David Letterman Show in NYC. Her Atelier Versace Fall 2013 Couture metallic dress, that’s quirkily held together by a series of hook and eye closures, showed off her enviable figure to perfection. A wise co-ordinated choice of Ruthie Davis black pointed pumps completed this shiny ensemble.
Pink chose to add a bold pop of metallic at the Armani Prive Couture show during Paris Fashion Week. Her Giorgio Armani long-sleeved and long-length satin dress complete with an elaborate embellished silver bodice, was quite a covered up look for Pink, but still succeeded in making a statement and was complemented beautifully with her blonde crop.
Charlize Theron was a true golden girl in all-over metallic whilst out in Paris. Her short-sleeved and fringed-hem gold Christian Dior mini dress looked amazing paired with some simple nude strappy sandals and a cute tousled up-do.
