The caviar manicure is old news. The latest and greatest in nail art innovation is the Velvet Manicure, a luxe new product from Ciaté, the very brand that gave us the caviar manicure. The Velvet Manicure is a two-step product. First, you use a coat of Paint Pot color. Then, you simply apply a generous sprinkle of (real) crushed velvet to each nail, before it dries. To finish, you simply sweep your nail clean. The result is, obviously, a truly unique nail that has a luxe quality.
