Fashion News: Beyonce, Charlize Theron + More• Beyoncé has announced the launch of her first fragrance, Heat. The fragrance has top notes of red vanilla orchid, magnolia, neroli and blush peach; a heart of honeysuckle nectar, almond macaroon and crème de musk, and a drydown of giant sequoia milkwood, tonka bean and amber. Heat will be the first of many fragrances, according to Coty Inc., who hold the license. The scent will retail between $24 and $59 and will be released in the US in February. [WWD]

• Actress Charlize Theron has collaborated with TOMS Shoes on a limited-edition collection that will benefit children in her native South Africa. The slip-on sneakers are embellished with an image of an African baobab tree and will benefit the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. TOMS Shoes will donate 10,000 pairs to impoverished children in South Africa. [People StyleWatch]

• Ashton Kutcher’s The Beautiful Life, his recently canceled television show about fashion models, has found a new home. YouTube.com will show the first three episodes in hopes of finding a new audience, with two more installments set to premier on December 21. The show was cancelled by the CW network in September after just two episodes. [NY Daily News]

• French shoe brand Pataugas is set to collaborate with designer Jean Paul Gaultier on a Summer 2010 capsule collection of sporty shoes for both men and women, inspired by Breton sailor and fishnet themes. The shoes will be available at both Pataugas and Gaultier boutiques and will retail for around $250. [WWD]
