• Christian Lacroix’s favored bailout plan has failed, after Sheikh Hassan Ben Ali al-Naimi failed to submit his paperwork in time. Instead, a French court has approved the restructuring plan submitted by Lacroix’s current owners, the Falic group. Under the approved plan, all couture, ready-to-wear and retail operations will shut down, with only eleven of the label’s 120 employees staying on. [WWD]
