Today in Fashion News: Celebrities won’t be invited to the Marc Jacobs fall show. Meanwhile, Diane Von Furstenberg has announced the launch of the DVF Awards, an annual ceremony which aims to recognize women whose leadership skills and vision have had a positive impact on the lives of other women around the world.


• Celebrities won’t be invited to the Marc Jacobs fall show. Robert Duffy (pictured), Jacobs’s longtime business partner, told Style.com, “I’m not into the celebrity thing or anything, like we used to do. You know, it’s like, that’s boring.” [Style.com]
