Today in Fashion News: Nicole Richie is planning to expand her House Of Harlow 1960 by adding a collection of handbags for spring next year. Meanwhile, Swiss luxury goods maker Richemont has made an offer to Net-A-Porter, in a bid to buy the 67% of the company that it doesn’t already own.
