Yesterday, Nicole Richie told her Twitter followers that she was planning to design her own clothing line and to expect an announcement later this week. Today, she dropped another hint with the following tweet, “Shooting the look book for my spring clothing collection Winter Kate.” The name, Winter Kate, is another tribute to her daughter, Harlow.
