Today in Fashion News: Rumors have surfaced that Vogue’s fashion news/features director, Sally Singer, is in contention for the position of editor-in-chief at T Magazine. Meanwhile, Alice + Olivia designer Stacey Bendet plans to launch a full Alice + Olivia shoe collection in 2011.

• J Crew has promoted Jenna Lyons from the position of creative director to executive creative director. The promotion came with a $325,000 bonus. [WWD]

• Kim Kardashian has posed nude and without airbrushing for the May issue of Harper’s Bazaar, in an effort to encourage girls to “embrace your curves and who you are.” [Us Weekly]

• Lauren Conrad has written a style guide that will be released in October. The book looks at her personal style, as well as “what jeans to wear with what shoes” and “how to flatter a figure.” [Teen Vogue]

• People StyleWatch and JC Penney have entered into a partnership. From September, Penney’s stores will mark items as “People StyleWatch Must Haves,” as well as offering special subscription offers. [WWD]

• Tracy Reese will launch a casual, vintage-inspired footwear collection under the Plenty By Tracy Reese label this fall. The 30-style line features flats, heels, clogs and boots and will be priced between $99 and $199. [WWD]
