Today in Fashion News: Vogue’s fashion news/features director Sally Singer announced her departure from the magazine yesterday. Meanwhile, Sugar Inc. is expanding into localized sales with FreshGuide.


• Vogue’s fashion news/features director Sally Singer (pictured) announced her departure from the magazine yesterday. Singer is heading to T: The New York Times Style Magazine, where she has been appointed editor-in-chief. Meanwhile, Anna Wintour has already filled Singer’s position with two in-house promotions: Eve MacSweeney, currently associate editor, will become features director, while Mark Holgate, currently senior fashion writer, will become fashion news director. • Isabella Rossellini is teaming up with fine jewelry house Bulgari on a handbag. The 1960s-inspired “Rossellini” bag comes in four colors and several fabrics. [InStyle]

• Jo Malone’s latest fragrance, English Pear & Freesia, is inspired by John Keats’ poem “To Autumn” and will make its debut in September. [WWD]
