Opening Ceremony has released the latest collection of shoes from their ongoing collaboration with Keds. This time around, the collection was inspired by England, with the designers channeling the punk subculture styles of seventies Britain. As Opening Ceremony put it themselves, they set about “creating something rotten and vicious, yet classic enough to fit seamlessly into everyone’s wardrobe.”
Coincidentally or not, the collection is very on trend, considering the fashion world’s love for the animal print right now. The three Ked’s Champion shoes for the collection featured three different animal prints: cheetah, leopard and zebra. For a little something extra, Keds went one step further and created the shoes out of pony hair, instead of their regular canvas and leather creations.
While you might only have party shoes on your mind right now, after this holiday season, you’re going to want something flat and comfortable to slip your ailing feet into, so head to Opening Ceremony to grab a pair. They’re retailing for $125.
