Nicky Hilton already has a clothing line (Chick by Nicky Hilton) and handbag collection (in collaboration with Japanese retailer Samantha Thavasa) tucked neatly under her belt. For fall, she’s turning to jewelry. Inspired by her mother’s estate pieces and her own mix of vintage, fine, and costume jewelry, Hilton set out to reinterpret her favorite pieces, give them a personal twist, and make them accessible. The result is a mix of vintage art deco gems, like enamel cocktail rings, and edgy statement pieces, such as modern spike bracelets and oversized pendant necklaces. “The collection is sophisticated with an edge,” says Hilton. “I love the idea of making accessible jewelry because you aren’t so limited.”
The Nicky Hilton jewelry collection is available exclusively at Endless.com through the end of 2010, following which the line will be available at specialty boutiques and department stores worldwide. Prices range from $83 to $740.
