If you’re anything like us, you probably spend your Tuesday afternoons slumped at your desk, slurping on a coffee and daydreaming of faraway places like Europe and the Mediterranean. As of Saturday, you’ll probably be desperately longing for those daydreams to come true. Why? This weekend, the collection that Valentino designed for the Gap goes on sale in Europe. The seven-piece capsule collection, designed by Valentino’s designer duo Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, is set to take Europe by storm thanks to its utilitarian-yet-feminine silhouettes: a short jacket, a skirt, cargo pants, a khaki parka, each one embellished with oversized ruffles. The Valentino for Gap collection arrives in Gap’s Milan and London stores on November 27. Prices start at £69.95.
