Can’t choose between January Jones’s perfect waves, Scarlet Johansson’s pretty updo, or Anne Hathaway’s loose-yet-luxe locks? No matter—we have the inside scoop on exactly how each of their hair stylists created their looks. Click inside for details!
Frederic Fekkai hair stylist Renato Campora applied Fekkai Advanced Full Blown Styling Whip to January’s locks and then used Contrôle Ironless Straightening Balm to smooth her hair. Next, he parted her hair to the side and blow-dried it using a round brush. To create the waves, he put her hair in hot rollers and let them sit for ten minutes. To finish, Campora removed the rollers, brushed through January’s hair, and set it with a spritz of hairspray.
Hair stylist Robert Vetica blow-dried the back and crown of Scarlett’s hair with Moroccanoil Oil Treatment and then directed her hair back and away from her face, bringing it back to the nape of her neck and then up and toward the crown. Next, he used a one-inch curling iron to curl small sections of her hair, starting from the nape and moving up toward the crown. From the crown forward, he curled the hair back and away from her face. Then, Vetica set Scarlett’s hair with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray. To finish, Vetica brushed the hair up and away from the face, then backcombed the hair to define the shape. He used a spritz of hairspray to set the hair and then topped it off with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray.
Frederic Fekkai hair stylist Adir Abergel applied Fekkai Advanced Full Blown Styling Whip to Anne’s locks and then sprayed Fekkai Coiff™ Bouffant Lifting & Texturizing Spray Gel from the roots to the end of her hair. Next, he blow-dried the hair lightly with his hands, which allowed her natural wave to come through. To finish, he used a one-inch barrel to curl the hair away from the face and place into pin curls. Once the hair was cool, he took the pin curls out and allowed Anne’s hair to fall naturally into place, before securing the look with a spritz of hairspray.
