Gwyneth Paltrow Discusses Her Healthy Lifestyle in Self’s April 2013 Issue

After a few years of eating while stressed, in a rush, or simply listening to her cravings, Gwyneth Paltrow decided to make a change and begin eating clean. She began what she calls her “health revolution” by cutting out gluten, sugar, dairy and anything processed. Eating well made her feel lighter and not as run down with emotions. After having two kids and a successful career in movies, being 40 isn’t so bad. She knows more of who she is, and isn’t afraid to voice her opinions. The latest issue of Self offers workout tips from her trainer friend Tracy Anderson as well as a few sweet and savory recipes from Gwyneth’s new cookbook It’s All Good. Check out the latest issue of Self on newsstands now.
