Super stylist Rachel Zoe is almost as well-known for her plethora of catchphrases as she is as for her red-carpet ensembles, best-selling book, Bravo reality series and forthcoming fashion line. Fittingly, one of Rachel’s most catchy mottos—”I die”—is now taking center stage! For its September issue, Harper’s Bazaar is paying tribute to the tagline in Rachel Zoe: I Die, an editorial that puts forward the question: What would happen if Rachel really did die for fashion? In it, Rachel poses alongside several of America’s top designers, who offer up similarly-inspired quotes.
Francisco Costa (above left) says, “I would die for Rachel’s vintage archive,” while Vera Wang (above right) notes, “I only want to kill Rachel when I don’t land one of her fabulous clients for the Oscars!”
According to Marc Jacobs (above): “Rachel’s energy is electrifying? …And often shocking!”
Meanwhile, Michael Kors (below) observes: “The perfect accessory can make the difference between looking blah and totally to die for.”
