CELEBRITY – Courtney Love’s Twitter: Wow! The rambling girl genius lets it all out on her personal Twitter, including a fight with Australian band The Veronicas, a long-running tweet about the “bitches” who stole her dresses and more similarly confused tweets. Sample: “Sweets I got BILLIONS o ffish to fry and Electric Ladyland to conquer for 4/5 more songs.”
FASHION – Knuckle Duster Rings: Who doesn’t tremble at the site of this incredibly large, chunky ring on Erin Wasson’s finger? I know I do. Get your knuckle-duster fetish satisfied by blinging it up with the Made Her Think Talkon Knuckle Buster Ring ($110) or the DanniJo Jacinda Oxidized Ring ($84), both from ShopBop.
TREND – Leopard Print: Leopard print is so hot right now – I have had two emails in the last few weeks about my leopard print coat. Leopard can look super stylish when worn the right way. Because it is such a busy pattern, pair your leopard print with some classic black to make it stand out.
WEBSITE – Fashionair: SO HOT! Fashionair is an interactive fashion entertainment website that will launch in September! It’s still in beta (testing, testing) but head to the website to try and score an invite. Want the inside scoop? Today I watched Julia Restoin-Roitfeld give a guided tour of her NYC apartment and they have already featured Anna Sui and Thakoon!

CELEBRITY – Zooey Deschanel: Zooey Deschanel; literally, the epitome of quirky. It’s hard to resist someone who obviously has so much fun with fashion. Plus, she starts in this years’s flick 500 Days of Summer, which is pretty irresistible itself. Watch the preview here.
FASHION – Emma Cook For Topshop: Emma Cook has just released a new capsule collection for Topshop. It’s out now (unfortunately, it’s only on the UK Topshop site) and it seems to be.. Disney-inspired? The collection includes a silk dress with a Bambi-like deer pattern and a sweet, cashmere blend tee with a Lion King-inspired giraffe emblem.
MOVIE – Taking Woodstock: If you are one of those people who thinks they belong in the hippie era.. that you should have been at Woodstock.. that you should have been roaming free in the Summer of Love, then this film is for you. Watch the preview here.
SHOP – Steven Shein: His website is a virtual playground of animation, skulls, backgrounds, music and rainbow colors all of which can be found in his array of jewelry such as the Multi Square Bangle or the Fangs Stacked Ring.
TREND – Mongolian Fur: Mongolian fur hit the runways last year but we’re finally starting to see it hit the stores at affordable prices. Topshop has an incredible Mongolian jacket in deep crimson for $370 and a two tone Mongolian gilet for $180.
TELEVISION – It’s On With Alexa Chung: It’s been just over a month since It’s On With Alexa Chung started and I am hooked, not so much for the celebrity interviews or games, but because of Alexa. Her natural beauty, her sweet British accent, her sarcasm, not to mention her daily outfits. What more could we ask for?
