For the past few years, there is one trend that has consistently made waves in the jewelry industry: oversized, knuckleduster-esque rings, thanks in part to celebrities like Rachel Zoe and Erin Wasson. Happily, designers like Bijules’ Jules Kim have unapologetically dominated the industry with cutting-edge designs (think huge bird skull rings, extra-long bone bar rings and whopping rock rings).
If you’re not ready to flaunt your tough side just yet, Jules has, fortunately, designed something a little softer in collaboration with Urban Outfitters. Le Bij is an eco-friendly collection of plastic bar rings in bright, Warhol-esque colors: clear, pink, turquoise, sunny yellow, black and white. Each ring is made from modern recycled plastic and is topped with a tonal bar that stretches across two fingers – just think of it as part accessory, part weapon.
Le Bij is available exclusively at Urban Outfitters stores and online at UrbanOutfitters.com – each ring retails for $18.
