Remember when septum piercings were a major trend? Not everyone was brave enough let alone curious enough, to try this look, but the jewelry was still eye-catching. Luckily, there is now a happy medium. Amanda Thomas, who designs jewelry label Luv AJ, took inspiration from the body piercings of the 1990s and created the “Septum” collection in collaboration with blogger Alexandra Spencer of 4th and Bleeker. (That’s Spencer pictured above.) The 21-piece line features brass collars, bracelets, and rings, all with the spike details one might have seen on a piece of septum jewelry. The collection is available now at LuvAJ.com. Prices start at $70.
