The Premium Chuck Hi Missoni will be a mishmash of the classic Chuck Taylor high tops and Missoni’s legendary zig-zag print. There will be two different versions of the pattern, a blue and a peach version, colors that hark back to Missoni’s Fall/Winter 2010 menswear collection. The pattern which will be printed on the sides and tongue, with the traditional Converse circle patch rendered in brown leather. The “license plate logo” at the heel will be monochrome.

“It’s mythical to me; [it’s] the one that girls and boys of all times have liked to wear and is still the coolest today,” Angela Missoni, creative director at Missoni, said of the collaboration.

The Premium Chuck Hi Missoni’s will retail for a cool $200 and will be released to the public in early April. They will be sold at the Missoni boutiques in New York City and Los Angeles, at Jeffrey boutiques in New York City and Atlanta, as well as select Missoni boutiques internationally.
