Most known for her brightly colored murals and wall art that decorates the physical communities outside of Sao Paolo, Monica Nador has a new venture under her belt. On April 25th, Anthropologie will collaborate with the Brazilian artist to expand her body of work into printed beach towels, bathing suits and wallpaper. Inspired by the communities she’s helped transform, Nador’s new line is bold, graphic and eclectic.
Also happening now: An installation at Anthropologie’s Rockefeller Center store gallery, titled “Fora De Portas”, meaning out of doors in Portuguese. Expect to see large-scale silk designs and vibrant acrylic wall art. Exhibition runs April 25 through June 18, 2013 at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, New York.
