This week: I need help finding the perfect dress that will keep me cool in the heat but is also classy. I am meeting my boyfriend’s family for the first time and I need to make a good first impression. Please help me out! – Haley

Hi Haley. The first time you meet your boyfriend’s family can definitely be daunting, so the main thing to keep in mind is that you want to be comfortable—there is no place for fussy details at a time like this. This also isn’t a time to try something new—stick with what you know works best on your body. With that said, here are some comfortable and classic picks that you can’t go wrong with. If you are meeting in a formal setting, we suggest you check out Zara’s Waist Frill Dress ($100) and Zara’s Tulip Dress ($80). For a more casual setting, Mango’s Polka-Dot Dress ($60) and Kelly Wearstler’s Numa Print Dress ($445) are both perfect. For those in-between moments, Parker’s Captiva Shirt Dress ($209) and NW3’s Highgate Sporting Print Dress ($235) will be great.
