Whether you love her or hate her, it’s hard to argue: Rachel Zoe has style, which is lucky, since she is the world’s most famous stylist.
Most of us first heard of Rachel Zoe when Nicole Richie became suddenly stylish and since then, she has made her mark on the fashion world with numerous other celebrity clients, a book and a reality TV series, not to mention a “coming soon” fashion line.
When I look at Rachel, or when I watch her TV show, I see a girl who loves clothes. I see a girl totally after my own heart; obsessed with clothes and shopping. She hasn’t really grown out of that. The difference between Rachel and many girls, like me, is she actually wears all her clothes, whereas I find myself with a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear. Rachel pulls different looks for every event, every place she goes, every minute of her life.
Above are four classic Rachel looks. She loves her fur capes and coats and has promised to tone down her “real fur” for the next series of her show, after angry Peta fans complained. She loves vintage dresses. She is nearly always spotted in a vintage dress when making an appearance – the vintage Missoni in the third picture is no exception. And she loves those wide-leg jeans, her staple look for any casual appearance.
