Revlon’s new Scents Of Summer collection might not be the safest concept but according to Revlon’s vice president of produce development, it will add a dose of “pure fun” to your summer beauty routine. The limited-edition Scents Of Summer collection is a line of scented nail polishes in eight vivid pop-acid colors, with scents that purportedly last up to five days. Although beauty experts remain cautious on the concept – after all, nail polish fumes are toxic – Revlon’s “pure fun” objective is appealing.
The eight shades have names as tempting as their scents; fans can choose between (from left to right) Beach, Ocean Breeze, Peach Smoothie, Orange Pop, Gum Drop, Grape Icy, Cotton Candy and Bubble Gum. The entire collection is available at drugstores near you, for around $4.79 a pop. We want to know: will you be infusing your beauty routine with a scented polish this summer?
