Vogue is celebrating its 120th anniversary this year and it safe to say that the magazine is aging with plenty of grace and a ton of panache. For starters, Vogue is releasing not one but two coffee-table books to celebrate. The first is In Vogue: An Illustrated History of the World’s Most Famous Fashion Magazine, a compendium of the magazine’s covers from over the years, with images from Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton, Mario Testino, Bruce Webber, and Herb Ritts, just to name a few. In Vogue ($75) is available now at Amazon.com. The second is actually a boxed set that includes Vogue Living, The World in Vogue, and Vogue Weddings. The box set is an Amazon.com exclusive and retails for $245. Like all good anniversary gifts, though, you have to bide your time before opening, but both books can be pre-ordered now ahead of their release later this week.
