During these last few weeks of December we are starting to see the first magazines of the new decade. Just yesterday, the January 2010 cover of American Vogue was released featuring a photograph of the gorgeous Rachel McAdams on the cover.
Rachel was not a surprise choice for many. A lot of clever fashion insiders smelt a cover after Rachel was seen rubbing elbows with Vogue editor Anna Wintour during New York Fashion Week in September.
Rachel was photographed by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino, wearing a floral dress from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection. The actress also spoke to Vogue’s Sally Singer for a piece they titled The Notebook, Part Two.
Highlights from the article? Apparently her American green card photograph has a picture of Rachel with fluoro pink hair. “A customs agent told me not to do that again. I’d like to do blue as well,” Rachel told Vogue.
You can read more exerpts from The Notebook, Part Two on the Vogue.com website; the complete story will appear in the January 2010 issue.
