• Scarlett Johansson is teaming up with Spanish fast fashion retailer Mango on a line of handbags. [WWD]

• Ally Hilfiger, who has styled Nary Manivong’s collection for the past two seasons, is teaming up with him to design a brand-new line called Nahm. [WWD]

• Christian Siriano will unveil an expanded collection for Fall 2011 as part of his collaboration with Payless ShoeSource. The collection will include up to 20 styles of footwear and handbags. [WWD]

• Tamara Mellon unveiled Jimmy Choo’s first scent, called Jimmy Choo, with a presentation to editors in London on Friday. [WWD]

• Pop star Justin Bieber is launching a fragrance collection with a twist. The unisex fragrance—which is called My World and produced in collaboration with Etoile Nation Beauty—will be infused on wristbands and dog tags. [WWD]

• LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has taken a 14.2% stake in family-controlled Hermes International, and plans to be a “long-term shareholder.” The stake is worth about $2 billion. [Vogue UK]

• In addition to designing the Theyskens’ Theory label, which is launching for spring 2011, Theyskens will now take over design responsibility for the entire Theory brand as its new artistic director. [WWD]

• The Condé Nast Web site is becoming part of Fairchild Fashion Group, effective immediately. The editorial team at, including editor Dirk Standen, will now report to Fairchild editorial director Peter Kaplan. [WWD]
